Why This Exists
In many rural areas official emergency services can take a long time to reach you. Community Safety does not change that. What it does is let you raise a clear, structured alert locally, and give willing neighbours enough context to decide whether they can help safely.
Always call official emergency services first (10111/10177/112). This app supplements official response, not replaces it.
RapidE - Community Safety
An optional module that extends RapidE — Emergency Index. Official emergency services remain the first call; this supplements them. It helps you raise a structured local alert and helps willing neighbours understand the situation well enough to decide whether they can assist safely.

RapidE — Community Safety is not a dispatch centre, a monitored alarm service, or a guarantee that help will arrive. It is a coordination tool for people who choose to help each other, and it will never encourage confrontation or pursuit.
